FanVault.Live · Working beta terms

Terms of Use

FanVault.Live is a system for artists and fans to share and collect meaningful moments as collectible cards, distributed through Drops and packs. By using FanVault.Live, you agree to the following terms.

Working draft for beta testing. These terms are subject to legal review before publication on the live site.

1. What FanVault is

Artists create Drops made up of moments represented as collectible cards. Fans join Drops, open packs, collect cards, and build a record of the artists and moments they've supported.

2. Creator responsibility

If you create a Drop, you are responsible for the content you upload and the rewards you offer.

You agree that:

FanVault.Live may remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms.

3. Rewards and changes

Drops may include digital or physical rewards chosen by the artist. Rewards and availability vary by Drop. Creators are responsible for describing any eligibility, limits, and delivery arrangements and for honoring their stated commitments.

During beta, technical features and reward presentation may change. We encourage creators to improve rewards over time rather than reduce them. Material changes to a promised reward should be communicated clearly to affected fans.

4. Beta service and no guarantees

FanVault.Live is an early beta release and may contain bugs, interruptions, or errors. We cannot guarantee that every Drop will operate perfectly or that the service will always be available.

FanVault.Live does not itself guarantee fulfillment of rewards offered by independent creators. This does not remove a creator's responsibility to honor their commitments, or any rights users have under applicable law.

5. Account use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for taking reasonable steps to keep it secure. Do not misuse FanVault.Live, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or exploit the system.

6. Ownership

Artists retain ownership of the original creative content they contribute to FanVault.Live.

Fans can collect, view, and enjoy cards and associated rewards through their personal Vault, subject to these terms and the functionality of the service. Collecting a card does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying creative work.

Artists remain responsible for honoring the rewards and commitments they offer.

7. Platform rights

FanVault.Live may remove content, suspend accounts, cancel Drops when necessary, and update or change the service, including to address safety, legal, or technical concerns.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve as FanVault.Live grows. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date when they are formally adopted.

Effective date: To be set upon publication of the final terms.

Privacy

FanVault.Live uses account information to operate the service. A separate Privacy Policy will describe how personal information is collected, used, and protected. This working Terms page is not a substitute for that policy.
